Additionally, we’re only a brief 10-minute drive from the M25 and a quick 20-minute commute from the City. Traveling west on the A406, we’re just a short 10-minute drive from North London.

The refurbished Granary, with its copper-clad extension, has been carefully selected as the perfect location for the TMH Studios, located in the Roding Valley/Abbey Road Riverside conservation area by the River Roding in Barking.
